Man arrested in Bridlington after police chase involving helicopter
and live on Freeview channel 276
Officers were called to Eleanor Avenue on Sunday to a report of damage to a building by someone who had driven off.
A community team officer spotted the vehicle understood to have been involved but when they tried to speak to the person inside, they failed to stop.

Hide AdPolice then pursued the vehicle out of Bridlington towards the border with North Yorkshire.
With help from Bridlington CID officers, North Yorkshire Police and the police helicopter team, a man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and possession of an offensive weapon.
Anyone with information about the incident on Eleanor Avenue is asked to call police via 101, quoting investigation 16/48159/20.
