An M&S shock – but would you bee-lieve what!
Ryan Mancrief, boss of The Waterhouse, was “buzzing” when he bought the fruity treat from M&S – but couldn’t bee-lieve what he found moving inside.
“I spotted something moving and I knew straight away it must be an insect of some sort,” he said.

A mini-Facebook campaign has started to ‘Free the Bee’.
However, Ryan has grown such an emotional attachment to the insect, he has already gave it a name – possibly due to its inability to die.
“I’ve called it Rasputin, which I thought would be a funny play on words with it being in the raspberries.
“It’s also pretty angry.”
M&S have now apologised for the gaffe, and offered Ryan a full refund.

He said he may either release it back into the wild or take it back into the Westborough store, joking: “I’ll be going in for my £20 quid gift voucher – hush, hush money!”
An M&S spokesperson said: “We’re sorry to hear about the customer’s complaint.
“We pick and pack all our raspberries in our farmers’ fields so that they are as fresh as possible.

“We apologise for this and will give the customer a full refund when he returns the product to the store,” added the spokesperson.
