Free hearing tests
To give back to their local community, Charlwood Hearing Care is offering free hearing tests for adults for bookings made during the month of June*.
The tests, which would usually cost £25, can be booked for either the Scarborough centre or at one of the satellite clinics. If you’re unable to attend a clinic, a home visit appointment can be arranged.
Neil Charlwood said: “The longer you leave hearing loss unaided, the more difficult it is for the brain to adapt and process sounds.
“Research in recent years has also linked hearing loss as a risk factor for dementia, even though something can be done to improve hearing if people come for an appointment.”

A hearing test can be booked free of charge in June.
Following a full hearing test and assessment, Neil will explain the results of your test in an easy-to-understand manner, then advise on your choice of options.
