On Saturday October 15 a fun day in aid of the Make a Wish charity has been organised by fitness and gym instructor Nicola Parker featuring no less than 10 health activities for people to enjoy.
Starting at 9.30am with Spinning, they include salsa and belly dance, (10.15am) step aerobics (11am), body balance 11.45am), body combat (12.30pm), body jam (1.15pm), body pump (2pm), Zumba (2.45pm), Spinning (3.30pm) and Hula & ball (4.15pm).
The 45 minute or so sessions cost £1 to take part and are suitable for 14 years and over (16 years for body pump).
For Zumba, Body Jam, Body Combat and salsa and belly dance just turn up and pay on the door, for other activities people should book in person at Leisure World.
Leisure World recently held a fund raising Zumba session for the Kids n’ Cancer charity.
It was really well supported and we are hoping lots of people will turn out for this event,” said Nicola who added all instructors involved were giving their time free of charge.
