The Tour de Yorkshire cyclists will leave Bridlington Spa at 12.35pm.
The riders will head along Bridge Street and Queen Street and on to Promenade, passing the town’s new £25m leisure centre.
From there, the peloton goes to Flamborough Road and Fortyfoot, before turning left on to Marton Road.
The route then goes along Well Lane and Bessingby Hill, up to the official race start.
Cyclists are expected at Carnaby at 12.47pm, Haisthorpe (12.50pm), Thornholme (12.52pm) and Burton Agnes (12.54pm). Stage one continues on to Driffield, Pocklington, Pickering and Whitby and finishes on the seafront at Scarborough at around 5pm.
