Bridlington cannot be caught in the race for third place in Yorkshire One, after Saturday’s 38-7 win at struggling Selby.
Will Davies scored a hat-trick of tries, Gary Stevens added two more and Jimmy Thompson went over, while Jack Arthur kicked four conversions.
Head coach Paul Cook said: “There was plenty of flair.
“We didn’t touch the ball for the first five minutes, but when we got hold of it, we looked very dangerous.
“We will definitely finish third now and we are very pleased with that. This time last year we were fighting relegation.
“I said at the start of the season I was aiming for top four and it is great to have achieved that in my first year.”
Bridlington are 13 points clear of fourth-placed Hullensians with two games to go.
They play their final home game of the season against Heath on Saturday, before visiting West Park Leeds to round off their campaign.
“We want two wins from the last two,” Cook said.
