Former darts world champion Bob Anderson will be at the New Crown Hotel this weekend, taking on some of the Bridlington area’s best players.
The hotel has been running a competition over the past 16 weeks and the top 10 in the final league table, plus the highest-placed woman, have qualified to take on the Limestone Cowboy.
Steve Rice took top spot with Darren Boyd as the runner-up, but some of the places were still up for grabs going into last night’s final session.
Doors open at 6.30pm on Saturday and tickets are £3 in advance, from the New Crown in Quay Road, or £5 on the door.
One spectator will also win a draw to play the 1988 world champion, and there are also plans for an auction to give another fan the chance to take on Anderson.
