Bridlington Town have added another new signing to their squad ahead of Saturday’s opening league game at Staveley Miners Welfare.
The Seasiders have snapped up midfielder Tim Taylor, who was a member of North Ferriby’s FA Trophy-winning squad last season.
Manager Gary Allanson said: “He has experience playing a higher level with Brigg Town and Ossett Town and has also played for Barton Town.
“He is another one we have followed closely and will become a real asset to us and gives a bit more competition in that area.
“We are always on the lookout for quality players that will improve us and Tim certainly fits the bill for this, he trained with us last night in what was a very good session and was our last one before the game on Saturday.
“We have always maintained that we were happy with the squad we had last season and we only needed two or three quality additions, but we have actually added five with Joel Sutton, Lewis Clarkson, Andy Coverdale, Jake Parker and now Tim Taylor so very good signings and keeps everybody on their toes.”
