BRIDLINGTON Town racked up the biggest win in the NCEL so far this season with an 11-0 demolition of Nostell Miners Welfare.
Having hit seven on the road twice this season, and scored nine in three games last season, the Seasiders netting double figures at some stage was no great surprise.
Manager Mitch Cook was delighted with the performance, and warned his title rivals that Town are an even better team than last year when they finished runners-up.
“Last season it was a bit gung-ho all the time. We are better at controlling games now,” he said.
