Steve Janney, Casey Rudd and Frankie Reffold all bowled well against the Flixton middle order. Flixton were reduced to 173/9 with Scott Cooper (50), Zakrzewski (32) and Lacey (18) contributing.
The last wicket pair of Stocks (28no) and Hunter (9no) added 27 as the innings closed on 205/9.
Bridlington reply got off to a slow start against accurate bowling and they were reduced to 69/6 in the 32nd over.
Shaun Tate (23) and Sm Edmundson (33) added 46 for the seventh wicket. Brid looked like holding out for a losing draw as Shipley played a cameo innings but he was bowled for 18 off the penultimate ball of the innings to seal the victory for the home team.
