MISS Claire Wilson and Mr Jamie Buttle were married at St John the Evengelist Church in Sewerby on Saturday July 30.
The bride, the daughter of John and Lesley Cooper of Bridlington, was given away by her son Connor.
She wore a Benjamin Roberts a-line silk taffetta design gown with Swarovski crystals, a diamante tiara and Swarovski crystal two-tier veil, and carried a bouquet of cream roses and cream sweet peas.
The bridesmaids’ were Lynette Evans and Catherine Thomas, who both wore purple desses and carried a bouquet of cream and purple sweet peas.
The groom, the son of Robert and Janet Buttle of Bridlington, was joined at the altar by best man Lee Rylatt, groomsmen Andrew Wilson and Darren Wilde, and page boy George Buttle.
The reception was held at the Expanse Hotel.
The couple, who met through mutual friends, honeymooned in Riveria Maya in Mexico and will reside in Bridlington. The bride is a pharmacy technician and the groom is a teacher.
