White Rose Lodge earns praise in national survey

Staff and residents at White Rose Lodge Care Homeare celebrating after it performed strongly in a nationwide survey.

The home was given an overall performance rating(OPR) score of 879 out of 1,000 by the residents and 844 out of 1,000 by their families and friends in the Your Care Rating survey.

The nationwide survey gives residents and their families and friends a voice, putting their care at the heart of understanding more about how well care homes perform.

White Rose Lodge Care Home also achieved scores of 931 for Quality of Life and 881 for Staff and Care, meaning the residents of White Rose Lodge highly rate the standard of care they receive for Staff and Care and Quality of Life.

Dariusz Orszulewski, care manager at White Rose Lodge, said: “It’s great that not just our residents, but their families and friends value the care they receive here.

“We obviously want to get even better and the survey helps us do that by giving us direct feedback.”
