Thieves broke into a shed on Boxing Day in Bridlington to steal property including a Mini Moto and chainsaw.

Between 3am and 11.50am on Thursday 26 December the shed was broken into at a property in Kent Square using the owner’s own tools.

Police are now appealing for information in connection to the burglary of a dark blue Mini Moto Yamaha type vehicle, a Husqvarna 355 Chain Saw and a blue-headed, Hickory handled, 7lb sledgehammer.

It is thought the offender(s) then damaged the rear fence to be able to get the Mini Moto out.

Contact Humberside Police on the non-emergency number 101 with any information, quoting crime reference number CM/2017000/2013.
