A TEENAGE mum was assaulted by two men as she wheeled her baby in a pushchair.
The 16-year-old had been approached by a group of 12 men around 4.45pm last Wednesday as she was walking in Station Road, Bridlington.
According to police, one of them is alleged to have taken hold of the girl‘s shoulder and punched her in the face.
Another man is alleged to have spat in her face. The girl with the baby and pushchair ran off towards the doctors’ surgery.
A police spokesman said: “This was an unprovoked attack and the woman was extremely shaken up by the incident. We are urging any member of the public who saw anything, however small, to contact the police.”
One man is described as aged 18 to 19, slim, 6ft tall, wearing black Adidas tracksuit bottoms and a blue hooded top with the hood up.
The second was aged 15 to 19, of a heavy build, 5ft 2in tall, with dyed blonde hair, wearing black jeans with the word ‘Voi’ in white along the leg, and a yellow t-shirt with ‘Henley’s’ written on it.
