A WALKING and cycling charity is seeking people to take part in an exclusive three-day fund-raising bike ride to Bridlington.
The 170 mile trip is along the new coast-to-coast Way Of The Roses cycle route, which links Morecambe in Lancashire to Bridlington.
The price tag for those wanting to be among the first to use it, is £345 each, but that includes three nights accommodation, all breakfasts, lunch evening meals and snacks on the way plus luggage transfer, a support vehicle, return transfer to York or Bridlington stations, free Sustrans t-shirt and experienced ride leaders.
Organised by cycling holiday specialists Saddle Skedaddle, participants will also be expected to make a minimum donation of £150 for Sustrans in support of cycling and walking in the UK.
