Remarkable Rock, which runs Rock Choirs, Rock Orchestras and Music Events, is returning to Bridlington with its hugely popular Adult Rock Choir.

The choir, which is now in to it’s third year in the town and attracts over 50 members each term, is hosting a free taster session on Thursday 26 April for anyone interested in joining.

The taster session will be held on Thursday 26 April.

The taster session will be held on Thursday 26 April.

The session will be held at the Emmanuel Church, Cardigan Road, between 7:30pm and 8:45pm.

The choir is open to anyone aged 16 and over and there’s no audition.

The choir’s musical director Mark Howley said: “The rehearsals are relaxed and fun and you get to rehearse with Remarkable’s team of vocal coaches and perform with their professional musicians.

“We aim to have a good sound – but we also try to have a good time making it.

“This year the choir has some fantastic performance opportunities, including Armed Forces Day on Saturday 30 June and headlining Rock the Priory at the Bridlington Priory on Saturday 7 July.

“The taster session will be hosted at the Emmanuel Church, Cardigan Road and all are welcome, with no obligation to sign up - if you want to see what it’s all about, please come along.

“After that the adult choir is just £36 per term – £3.60 per session – and rehearsals are always on a Thursday.”
