Quay Academy School pupils swapped their uniforms for pyjamas on Friday to raise money for Children in Need.
The Oxford Street school took part in the national day with children donating a contribution to be able to wear non-uniform with many choosing to wear either their pyjamas or onesies.
Members of Bridlington Round Table went around the schools to collect the money raised and the children were delighted to see not one, but two Pudsey Bears.
The enjoyable day raised a total of £207.55 and was well received by all the children.
A school spokesperson said: “It was a great day with the children loving coming to school in their pyjamas and onesies with even some teachers decided to join in. I wasn’t aware that there were that many different types of onesies out there to be honest.
“We are pleased to have helped out for a fantastic cause and it was funny.”
The school’s donation helped towards raising a record amount of money for Children in Need with the overall total being £32,620,469.
