The Guides Dogs charity is hoping people will become volunteers.

The charity is hoping to find a fundraising co-ordinator, collection box coordinator, fundraisers and a micro volunteering/campaigner to bring in much-needed funds.

Volunteer co-ordinator Linda Conway said: “We rely on the amazing support of our volunteers and donations to keep our life changing services running.

“Volunteering makes a big difference to the lives of the people we support, but also to volunteers as they get the chance to meet new people, learn new skills, enhance their CV and support their wellbeing and mental health.

“We offer full training and support so if you are interested please get in touch.”

Volunteer roles include:

○ Fundraisers in Bridlington – to run or attend Fun events, collections, coffee mornings, quizzes and much more – it isn’t just bucket collections

○ Collection Box coordinators in Bridlington – dropping off and collect our iconic collection boxes in your area shops

○ Fundraising Coordinator for Bridlington – Guide Dogs is looking for a people person who enjoys organising events

○ Micro volunteering/campaigners – getting involved with different campaigns from your home online to make sure all vision impaired people can live their lives to the full
