New Dad’s Army poster revealed

Dad’s Army, which is due to be released in cinemas on 5 February 2016, was filmed at a number of locations in the Yorkshire including Bridlington, Flamborough, Whitby and Beverley.

The film saw residents and visitors flock the streets to catch a glimpse of filming in action with stars such as Bill Nighy, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Tony Jones, Michael Gambon, Tom Courenay, Blake Harrison, Bill Paterson and Daniel Mays.

The poster was unveiled on the Dad’s Army Movie Facebook page stating: “Britain’s finest hour needs Britain’s finest men. Don’t panic...the brand new ‪#‎DadsArmy‬ trailer launches this Thursday!”

The first Dad’s Army film trailer was released on 13 August 2015 which sees star-studded actress Catherine Zeta-Jones stroll along Old Town’s High Street, which had been transformed into Walmington-on-Sea for filming.
