This Sunday (2 August) sees the return of the annual Bridlington Lions Club Carnival with fun for the whole family.
The event is one of the biggest free events on the east coast and will take place on the cliff top between Bridlington and Sewerby.
The event is the largest fundraising event the Lions have in the summer with all profits going to charitable purposes, locally, nationally and, in cases of major disasters, internationally.
There will be lots of fun and entertainment on the day with stalls, rides, Shamrock Express, Emmie Beckett, Sticklebacks, Magic Mal, Punch and Judy, martial arts, American Wrestling, Morris Dancers and much more.
The famous giant car boot sale will also commence from 7am with traders having to pay £10 per car or van.
There will be a licensed bar and food stalls also for refreshments on the Carnival field.
The fun starts at 11am with car parking facilities available for £2.50 all day via the Sewerby entrance.
