Kilham Bikers will stage their annual Stephen Cowton Memorial Motorcycle Run on Easter Sunday, April 20.

The event, known as the Easter egg run, begins at The Bay Horse, Kilham, at 9am when bacon butties will be served and bikers will leave for their run to Scarborough at 11am.

Organiser Fran Cowton said: “We are raising funds for Bridlington Club for Young People which is providing recreational, sporting and social opportunities for young people.

“So if you are attending, then just bring an Easter egg or donation to help this worthy cause. Don’t forget, if anyone would like to come in Fancy Dress there will be a small prize for the best.”

Fran said: “We are now in our 19th year of helping children and young people and over the years have raised approximately £45,000 for various charities. 

“We will also be holding a raffle/tombola in the evening at The Bay Horse, Kilham from 7.30pm onwards everyone welcome so just come along and support the event and have fun.”
