Improvment works for A165

Drivers are advised by East Riding of Yorkshire Council to avoid road works set to take place on the A165 two miles south of Bridlington.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is to undertake patching works to approximately four miles the A165, between Wilsthorpe Roundabout and Low Stonehill Farm.

Work will start on Monday 1 July for one week, with the working hours restricted to 9.15am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

The work is being carried out in preparation for a new surface which will be laid in September. Two-way traffic signals with a convoy vehicle will be in operation throughout the works to restrict vehicle speeds.
