Police and MoD carry out joint operation at Bridlington Train Station to combat drugs

Humberside Police officers took part in a joint operation at Bridlington Railway Station yesterday (Thursday, June 24) to combat the supply of drugs into the area.

Officers joined forces with the British Transport Police and the Ministry of Defence (MoD) at the transport hub.

The MoD provided a specialist drugs dog for the day.

A police spokesman, via Facebook, said: “This is one of many planned days of joint working with these agencies to combat the supply of drugs into the Bridlington area.”
