A MAN walked into a farm workshop claiming he was looking for work, but when he left an electric drill and two batteries were found to be missing.

It happened at a farm in Grindale around 3.30pm last Friday.

Police say the man, described as in his mid 20s, around 5ft 9in tall and of stocky build with ginger hair, spoke with a West or South Yorkshire accent. He left the farm in a blue Peugeot 106 and shortly afterwards the farmer discovered his Dewalt drill and two batteries had been stolen.
