Arsonists damage private land at Yorkshire Coast nature reserve; poaching and off-road motorbiking are also reported

Arsonists have been damaging private land around a Yorkshire coast nature reserve.

Police say they have had several complaints about damage caused by people starting fires around the land surrounding Danes Dyke, Flamborough, opposite the visitor entrance.

There have also been other issues in the area, including poaching, anti-social behaviour and off-road motorbikes.

Officers say they are working with East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Humberside Fire and Rescue Service to stop people intruding onto this private land.
