The long wait will soon be over for a number of Bridlington attractions to find out if they have won a prestigious 2015 White Rose Award.
The awards, run by Welcome to Yorkshire, recognise and reward the very best of the tourism industry throughout Yorkshire.
Sewerby Hall is nominated for the Large Visitor Attraction category where they will be up against North Bay Railway at Scarborough; Yorkshire Wildlife Park; Cannon Hall Farm; The Forbidden Corner and York Maze.
Burton Agnes Hall has been shortlisted in the Small Visitor Attraction category. Other nominations include Wold Top brewery for the Taste of Yorkshire category, Wold Cottage in the B&B Guest Accommodation of the Year award while Bridlington Tourist Information is in the running for the Visitor Information award.

The 2015 White Rose Awards will be held on Monday 9 November at the First Direct Arena in Leeds.
