Hundreds of business delegates will hear from high-profile speakers at a new networking event in Bridlington tomorrow.
The Business Day aims to boost business across the region and inspire new ideas, and The Spa is hopeful it will become an annual event.
Baroness Karren Brady and renowned BBC journalist John Simpson will be among the headline names at the event, which is being presented by Alexander Armstrong from TV quiz Pointless. Sir Gary Verity, the man behind the Tour de Yorkshire, will also be addressing the 650 guests.
Andrew Aldis, general manager of Bridlington Spa said: “As the only venue able to host more than 650 delegates for business networking events, Bridlington Spa has created a new format, allowing delegates to tailor their personal itineraries.
“Keynote speakers will present from the theatre stage while the Royal Hall will be dedicated to the event‘s main sponsors and networking.”
Sir Gary, who is chief executive of Welcome to Yorkshire, added: “I am delighted to be a part of something which cements Yorkshire’s place as a UK powerhouse, and encourages new and established businesses to strive for the best results.”
