MISS Kelly Allerston and Mr Tim Broadbent were married at St Martin’s Church in Burton Agnes, on Saturday July 23.
The bride, the daughter of Neale and Suzie Allerston of Burton Agnes, was given away by her father.
She wore a strapless ivory organza full skirted gown with layered detailing and roses on the hip, with a simple headpiece with pearls and diamante, along with her grandmother’s pearl bracelet.
She also wore a garter lent to her by her aunt, who was married in the same church 10 years previously. The bride carried a bouquet of hand-tied ivory roses.
The bridesmaids were Jade Allerston, younger sister of the bride, and Elizabeth Goldsbrough, younger sister of the groom.
The bridesmaids wore floor-length chocolate brown satin dresses with ivory sashes and carried hand tied ivory roses.
The flower girl was Ebony Goldsbrough, niece of the bride and groom. She wore a layered ivory organza dress with brown sash and corsage detail.
Page boy was Cameron Goldsbrough, nephew of the bride and groom, he wore a suit matching the groomsmen.
The groom, the son of Judith and David Broadbent of Bridlington, was joined at the altar by best man Sean Goldsbrough, best friend and brother-in-law of the groom.
The groom, father of the bride and the best man all wore a black Prince Edward Suit with an ivory waistcoat and cravat.
The reception was held at Bridlington Golf Club.
The bride works as a personal assistant at St James University Hospital in Leeds, and the groom is an IT helpdesk assistant at Leeds Metropolitan University.
The couple met when Kelly was working at Burton Menswear in Bridlington town centre, where Tim was a frequent customer.
They have delayed honeymooning until 2012 as they work on setting up their new home together after recently moving. They plan to holiday in the Canary Islands. They will live in Leeds where they relocated early on in their relationship.
