North Bar Homes reveals Bridlington detached houses plan
DEVELOPER North Bar Homes has revealed plans to build 10 new detached houses near Bridlington town centre.
The Paddock @ Greenfields on Easton Road will comprise of three and four bedroom detached homes.
Two properties are allocated for affordable housing.
The site is adjacent to the developer’s current Greenfields scheme which has proved highly successful and only three units now remain, including the fully furnished show home.
New Bar Homes say the spacious properties will have an exceptional internal specification, including NEFF kitchen appliances, Villeroy & Boch wall tiling and appropriate floor coverings throughout.
The Mayapple and The Elderberry include an en-suite to the master bedroom and The Mulberry has an en-suite to both the master and second bedroom.
Outdoor space boasts fully turfed gardens which are accessible through French or sliding doors, dependant on the property type.
The site is set in a semi-rural location close to Eastfield Garden Centre.
It is within easy reach of good schools, shops, recreational facilities and other general amenities, and also benefits from direct access to the road network and a reliable public transport infrastructure.
Andrew Bowes of North Bar Homes said: “We are excited to have completed the purchase of this site and look forward to starting work very shortly.
“Greenfields has proved a hit with a range of buyers and we expect The Paddock @ Greenfields to follow suit. It will be a welcome addition to the local property market.”
Nina Baxter-Fairburn of selling agent William H Brown, said; ”We have worked with North Bar Homes on several projects and the quality of build, specification and general attention to detail is second to none.
“Their product always represents fantastic value for money and The Paddock @ Greenfields will be no different.”
Building work is scheduled to start later this month, with the first houses due for completion in October 2020.
