The service is now conducting a survey to find out how residents view the service and what will meet the needs of the community in the future

It is available to complete until Sunday, May 30.

The survey has been designed to find out what customers’ views are on the various services offered by East Riding Libraries, and see what has changed over the course of the pandemic.

Librarian Jess McCarthy said: “Your views will be hugely appreciated, whether a library member or not – all are encouraged to complete the survey.”

The survey can be found at, and paper copies will be available from library branches and mobile ones.
