Friday the 30 of January will see a promoter and an open mic organiser working together to raise much needed funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Moonbeams presents Hardwired will see four acts which have played the Hardwired open mic nights over the last year performing at The Old Town Hall, Bell Hotel in Driffield - and one of those acts will get the chance of a slot in the Moonbeams marquee at this year’s Beverley Folk Festival.

“We hear so much talent at the hardwired open mics and we were bowled over when Moonbeams events organizer Leila Cooper suggested this collaboration” said Dogfinger Steve Dodds, who will also be performing on the night.

The gig features Driffield based Amber Warren and Matt Arnold, Pocklington based Mike Gledhill and Crooked Weather, who hail from Hull.

Tickets are available online at Music Nights, Moonbeams Events or at the Bell Hotel or contact Steve on 07412654302.

Tickets are £5 or £7 pay on the night.
