Spaghetti bolognese

Ingredients
500g good minced beef
Olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
200g mushrooms, diced
100g tomato puree
200g tomatoes
150ml dry red wine
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp fresh oregano
Salt and pepper
HEAT a large pan and lightly cover with olive oil.
Fry off the onions and mince for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
Add the mushrooms and garlic and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and bind well.
Add the red wine, tomatoes and herbs and blend together.
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes and season to taste.
Cook the spaghetti according to instructions.
Serve.
