Salmon fillets stuffed with spinach, prawns and cream cheese
Ingredients
2 8oz salmon fillets
3 tbsp cream cheese
4 tbsp cooked spinach, drained and chopped
50g prawns, chopped
Salt and pepper
PRE-HEAT the oven to 180c.
Blend the cream cheese, spinach and prawns together, and season.
Cut a slit into the top of the salmon and stuff the salmon with the mixture.
Salt and pepper the salmon and place them into a foil parcel.
Bake them in the over for 15 to 20 minutes.
