BRIDLINGTON Rifle and Pistol Club’s latest charity shoot raised twice as much as their previous effort.

Once again Macmillan Nurses were chosen to benefit and Sally Millington visited the club’s base in Gypsey Road to receive the £150 donation.

A club spokesman said: “We are only a small club and more than 50% of us are pensioners. We had an enjoyable shoot to raise the money and the Macmillan nurses do a fabulous job so we were pleased to help them again.”
