Hunter’s hat-trick of hole-in-ones

FLAMBOROUGH Head Golf Club member Brian Hunter hit his third hole-in-one at the club’s last competition of January.

FLAMBOROUGH Head Golf Club member Brian Hunter hit his third hole-in-one at the club’s last competition of January.

The 75-year-old hit a six iron to the 17th to mirror his second hole in one at the same hole.

His original was some years ago at the old fifth hole.

To mark his achievement, he was presented with the club’s inscribed hole-in-one leather scorecard holder and his name will be added to the permanent record of all such successes kept at the club.
