Bridlington Town travel to fellow NCEL side Athersley Recreation on Saturday for FA Vase second round tie.
It is the first of four meetings in two months between the two sides, who will also play two league matches and a league cup fixture, in the forthcoming weeks.
Seasiders manager Gary Allanson is expecting an intimidating atmosphere in South Yorkshire.
He said: “It is going to be a very tough game as they are a big, physical team who will compete for everything and the home crowd are quite intimidating so it’s going to be a real test for us.
“We will prepare correctly and we will be ready for the battle because I think it will be a real blood and thunder cup-tie, hopefully we can get a few of our fans travelling across and give us some support because it can really make a difference.”
