Flamborough Tigers and Hessle Girls under-12s put on an excellent game of football, which ended in an entertaining 4-4 draw.

There was attacking football from beginning to end with Flamborough taking the lead through Ocean Garcia who scored a great goal after a clinical pass from the excellent Eliza Lowe.

Hessle soon equalise and then went 2-1 up, despite the efforts fo Boro defenders Brooke Stephenson and Kalliyan Dickenson.

Flamborough then dug in, with midfielders Izzy Charlton, Niamh Hall and Kaitlyn Hagan, who had a brilliant debut, taking the game to Hessle.

The pressure soon told when Garcia beat the offside trap to fire home her second of the game.

The second half continued were the first ended with both sides looking for more goals. Hessle struck first with a close range shot which gave Millie Rowbottom no chance.

Garcia completed her hat-trick with another excellent individual goal after a pinpoint ball from keeper Rowbottom to make it and almost immediately Rachel Pearson made it 4-3 to Flamborough when she cleverly beat two defenders after a through-ball from Izzy Reid.

Hessle soon equalised and the last 10 minutes were frantic with Pearson going closest for Flamborough and Rowbottom making two excellent saves late on.
