Bridlington Rangers Falcons Under-10s played host to Shiptonthorpe United in the Hull Boys Sunday League.

Falcons once again dominated proceedings in their final home game of the first half of the season.

The first game was not perfect for the home side though despite them having plenty of possession and many chances created.

Man of the match Olly Tudor was working very hard in dangerous areas.

The final ball was just a bit off at times with United always compact in defence.

This encounter ended 0-0 with the Bridlington-based side just unfortunate not find the goal after so many chances.

Rangers continued the pressure in the second game with Dalton Green and Brodie Sedman linking well to create plenty of chances.

Shiptonthorpe were committed to their defensive game plan, not really looking to create much in the way of attacking play.

Charlie De’ath lit some much-needed spark with a chance from range converted fantastically.

De’ath was named as the man of the match, fully deserving of the honour with great workrate and passing better than in most games this season.

After Falcons scored United went for it a little more which saw Sedman adding another goal soon after, cutting in from the left side.

Towards the end of the game Harry Finney hit a wonder lob from 25 yards which took the opposing keeper by complete surprise.

Ryan Briggs has always been steady at the back for Rangers and the coaches again noted his hard work.
