Staxton batsman Nick Gibson has performed a U-turn and re-signed for the club after the briefest of stints at Sewerby.

Gibson agreed to join York League side Sewerby in January, but has performed a dramatic U-turn and will be back at the Beckett Premier Division title-challengers for the 2016 season.

There has also been a host of other transfers ahead of the start of the 2016 campaign, which gets under way with the opening top flight fixtures next Sunday April 24.
