The Vale of York Polo Club held the final of the ABI Beach Challenge at Fraisthorpe and witnessed an excellent match between VYPC Red and ABI White.
The Vale of York Team captained by Club Professional Paul Piddington kept close control of the game allowing David Baarda the opportunity to score the winning goal.

Due to summer regulations we will not be playing on the beach again until the clocks go back in October. The Club is based at Houghton Hall near Market Weighton and we have already started playing on the grass in the beautiful parkland.

Anyone wishing to watch or learn to play polo should phone Paul Piddington on 07788 426968.
