Opening day win for Bridlington CC
The East Coast test of strength at Dukes Park saw Bridlington gain a narrow three-wicket victory over Folkton & Flixton.
Damon Gormley was the leading visiting batsman, making 43 as his side were dismissed for 143 with Casey Rudd returning an impressive 4-15.
James Brown hit back with 3-32 but Nick Tennant made 27 and Richard Lount 36 before Ian Winterbottom piloted his side to the winning post with an unbeaten 32
