With just three games to go in the season the race for top spot is really hotting up.
Promenade Allstars cut Surreal Madrid’s lead to just two points after triumphing in the top of the table battle by four goals to two.

Third placed Dads Army are themselves just two points back after seeing off bottom side Atwick Allstars 5-2. Army were one of two sides to win by that score this week, with Dynamo Hornsea matching them when they beat Pike N Terry.

There were big wins elsewhere for mid table outfits Spartans – 7-0 against Stingers, and Outlaws, who thanks to Dan Brown found the code to overcome Hornsea Veterans 7-2.

The days other victors were Scunners, who beat Likely Lads, by a slightly more sedate 2-1 scoreline.

Anyone who wants to join the leagues in Hornsea can ring 0845 230 2340.
