A good bowling and fielding performance by Bridlington with J Boynton 3-19, J Mearns
3-43 and B Mitchell 2-20 helped bowl Snainton out for 115.
Bridlington got of to a great start with opener J Dawson smashing 24 of 18 balls, but a mistake by the umpire meant that opener D Watson was out on the eighth ball of an over. This seemed to affect Bridlington’s batsmen with only Ykhlef (18) and J Mearns (11) reaching double figures.
Bridlington all out for 63, finishing runners-up for the 2nd year running.

Driffield Rec87/5
Bridlington took a young side to Driffield for this evening league division 1 cup encounter.
