Woman cut from car after Carnaby accident

A woman has been taken to hospital by ambulance following a crash earlier today in Carnaby.

A spokesperson for Humberside Police confirmed the incident took place 12.40pm today and involved two cars.

A spokesperson for Humberside Fire and Rescue Service said there was a “female driver trapped with neck and lower back injuries”.

Fire crews used hydraulic cutting equipment to remove the woman from the car, before she was placed on a spinal board and taken to hospital by ambulance.
