East Riding of Yorkshire Council and contractors BAM Construction Ltd are offering a chance for residents and visitors to see at close quarters the latest stages of work on the new £25 million East Riding Leisure Bridlington.

There will be a free Open Day on the site on Saturday 25 April from 9am – 1pm, which will include tours of the facility (last tour starting at 1pm).

The tours will include trips up to the first floor and a chance to see how the new hall housing the swimming pools is taking shape.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s principal project manager Adam Holmes, said: “We have promised all along to keep residents and visitors informed of progress on this exciting development, and this Open Day will be another chance to come and start to get a feel for how East Riding Leisure Bridlington is going to look.

“There is no need to book in advance – just come along on the day.”
