A children’s theatre company is gearing up for their forthcoming production ‘Robin From The Hood’.

The ReMarkable Theatre Company are performing an original, full scale musical specially written to open the Bridlington Arts Festival.

For one night only, the company will present their unique take on the well-known tale of Robin Hood.

In a dystopian future, England is being squeezed hard by its new overlords Prince John and his Sheriff, Nottingham.

A band of street children - led by the mysterious Robin Hood - rise up in rebellion, but can they lead an army of the poor and needy to victory?

The show is based on the tales of Robin Hood and his merry men, with lots of twists and humour - and a sackful of catchy and original songs.

The one-off production comes to Bridlington Spa on Wednesday May 15.

Tickets are on sale now at £5 for adults and £4 for concessions. You can purchase them from the box office at the Spa on 01262 678258. The show starts at 7.30pm.
