Pets at Home’s cash boost for RSPCA

Pets at Home has given the Bridlington and Driffield Wolds RSPCA group a donation of £560.82.

This money was raised during the Santa Paws Appeal.

The charity said it was very grateful for the donation and the support of the manager and all the staff.

The RSPCA is creating a leaflet listing all the cafes, pubs etc in Bridlington and Driffield which are Dog Friendly. Any businesses that accept dogs can contact the RSPCA on the general enquiries line.

A spokeswoman said: “We will also be visiting local premises.

“This is part of our campaign to prevent dogs being left in cars in hot weather as if owners know that our area is dog friendly it will hopefully stop this happening.”
