Hundreds of model railway enthusiasts flocked to Bridlington at the weekend for a special event at Christ Church Hall.
Run by the Bridlington (Area) Railway Modellers and Train Enthusiasts Society (BARMATES), the event featured nine layouts depicting scenes from around the world including England, Scotland, America, Switzerland and Germany.
Almost 400 people turned up and there were a number of stalls where people could snap up all sorts of model railway bargains.
Saturday’s event was the first that BARMATES has held independently at the Church Hall with previous shows taking place at the railway station as part of the Station Gala.
BARMATES would like to thank everybody involved in putting the show together and the society is hoping to stage a similar event in conjunction with Christ Church next year.
