Strictly dancing challenge for Children In Need night
FAMOUS faces from the local media are swapping the radio stations and cameras for the cha-cha-cha to raise money for Children In Need.
Stars from the BBC and Radio Humberside will be performing their own version of Strictly Come Dancing at Bridlington Spa on Friday, November 14 – Children In Need night.
The BBC will be broadcasting live from the Spa as part of coverage for the charity evening on BBC1.
Local personalities including Look North presenters Elaine Dunkley, Sarah Cruddas and Matt Richards and Radio Humberside's Ruth Barcroft, David Reeves and Nick Rotherham, have been working with local dance schools to make sure they give a flawless performance.
A panel of judges will be on hand to pick the best couple, and members of the audience can also vote for their favourite as well as having the opportunity to enter a raffle, and if they like, take to the dance floor themselves, backed by a live orchestra.
Dancers from the Collette Tyler School of Dance and Theatre Arts will also be performing on the night, which starts at 6pm.
Tickets for the night are 5 and 4 for concessions, or any four tickets for 16, with all profits going to Children In Need.
