Laughter-loving television chef Rustie Lee has been confirmed as this year’s star of The Spa Bridlington’s annual pantomime.
Rustie, who has featured on TV programmes including Benidorm, Loose Women and Big Brother’s Bit on the Side, will play the Lilac Fairy in Sleeping Beauty, set to run from Thursday 11 December to Thursday 1 January 2015.
Andrew Aldis, general manager at The Spa Bridlington, said: “I can hardly contain my excitement at the thought of The Spa Bridlington over Christmas echoing to the sound of Rustie laughing – I think we’ll definitely be the fun place to hang out in December.
“Last year’s pantomime was extremely well received by record numbers and we’ll be certain to follow on from that success with all the fun and high-jinx you would expect from our traditional seasonal offering.”
An early-bird ticket offer for Sleeping Beauty will run until the end of September and separate pricing for concessions and children have been allocated.
